The warm welcome from Juan who was waiting when we arrived and the central position which meant we could walk to all the attractions or use the nearby Metro stations if we were tired. Also we had much more space and better facilities than at a hotel room of the same price bracket
-
Clean, simple but completely adequate, probably more spacious than a hotel room at similar cost, good shower, excellent location - everything reachable on foot. Felt very secure. Away from the traffice noise of the Gran Via.
Only a very basic corner shop type supermarket near by. Building is not well insulated against noise from neighbouring or upstairs apartments.

You simply cannot get a better, central location than this - about 150m from Gran Via metro. The street has almost no through traffic and not that many pedestrians so it is quiet in spite of the location. The apartment is modern, spotless and is a reasonable size. The kitchen had everything needed and there was plenty of storage space. It is outstanding value for money and Juan who greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment was a great guy. If you want luxury and hotel service this is not for you but f you want a nice central place at very reasonable price this is the place.

The location is great. You can go anywhere in the city walking. Everything is within 20 minutes walk. The restaurants close by are probably the best value for money in Madrid.
The staff does not speak a lot of English or any other language. They are very friendly and very willing to help though.
-
The location is very convenient. It is very near subway, shopping and restaurants. It is also very close to the train station (5 min taxi ride). Close to Del Prado and many other local landmarks.
Hot water is limited so, plan accordingly.
-
A very friendly manager and his wife. Very helpful re advice for restaurants etc. Alot of room in the apartment. Felt very secure with three strong well locked doors.Very close to lots of places to eat, shop and see.
A very noisy air conditioning unit from elsewhere which opened onto a courtyard where our bedroom overlooked. This woke us up on a number of occasions. We ran out of hot water on one occasion and had to be careful not to do so again.

Virtual silence all night in heart of Madrid. Well appointed modern apartment comfortably furnished.
Apartment only serviced every 3 to 4 days.

We had a hard time looking for the hotel as the sign is small and not easy to find. The apartment was spacious for two people but the bed was rather small. The location is superb as the shopping street was just at the end of the road. The metro was also very near. Juan was very helpful and told us where to go. I would want to stay here agaib in my next trip.
A bigger bed in the studio would be nice.

The staff were very helpful. Gave us all local restaurants that were quite good and not expensive. They were a book of knowledge . I would recommend this hotel .
-
Great place wiht perfect location.
-
Juan was extremely helpful and was very accomodating when we had to arrive later than we expected. The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and it was very nice to have a washer during the middle of our several week trip. The location was great and it was nice and quiet even on the busier nights with the double paned windows. This was the best apartment we stayed in during our entire trip.
-
The location is fantastic. The owner, Senior Huan is gentle, very kindness and helpfull.
The air conditin was weak. There are facilities. but without washing powder, you must buy it yourself. Liquid soap in the kitchen and bathroom was very little.
-
The manager/owner Juan who did everything to assist us, was very friendly and accommodating
-
I like the Location, all is good for living in it,sielence in the center of city, rooms.

We were please with the reception that we received. We were waited upon to be given our key and the gentleman was very friendly and provided us with a bottle of good red wine, map and gave us tips as to where to eat and sites to visit. Eventhough we only spent two nights in Madrid we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is perfectly located so we walked to all the major sites and had a variety of restaurants just a few steps away to choose from.
The only thing we were not impressed with was the wireless internet. We were unable to access it.
